Returns
We hope you are happy with your order! However, if you want to return the product, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. If the 14 days pass, unfortunately, we will not be able to make the return.
You cannot return special custom sandals because they are made especially for you.
To return the sandals, they must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Please try the sandals on a clean, soft surface to avoid damage or scratches. In case the product is damaged or not in its original condition, no refund can be made.
Once you request a return, we will send you an email with all the instructions. Please send the product with its original packaging and all the tags attached.
You shall bear the immediate cost of returning the product, unless the reason of returning it is due to our company’s mistake. In that case we undertake to cover the cost of the return. You can send the sandal back to us from your local post office. You must provide all the shipping details.
Refunds
Once the product is returned and checked, we will proceed with your refund as soon as possible. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial card, PayPal, or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or Credit Card Company.
