We hope you are happy with your order! However, if you want to return the product, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. If the 14 days pass, unfortunately, we will not be able to make the return.
You can’t return special custom sandals because they are made especially for you.
To return the sandals, they must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Please try the sandals on a clean, soft surface to avoid damage or scratches. In case the product is damaged, scratched, or not in its original condition, no refund can be made.
Once you request a return, we will send you an email with all the instructions. Please send the product with its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the reason for returning it is due to our company’s mistake.
Once the product is returned and checked, we will proceed with your refund as soon as possible. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Processing time may vary depending on the bank company.
